By accessing or using Filt Sports ("Filt", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Filt after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Filt is a platform that allows tipsters to publish sports tips and followers to track their performance. Filt does not operate as a bookmaker, gambling operator, or financial adviser.

All tips published on Filt are user-generated content and represent the personal opinions of the tipsters who post them. Past performance shown on tipster profiles does not guarantee future results.

Nothing on Filt constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice. Tips are informational and entertainment content only. You are solely responsible for any betting or gambling decisions you make.

Gambling may be illegal in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that using this type of content is legal where you live before engaging with it.

Gambling involves risk. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. If you have a gambling problem, seek help at BeGambleAware.org or a similar organisation in your country.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period.

You retain ownership of the tips and content you post. By posting, you grant Filt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. You must not post content that is false or deliberately misleading, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful.

Tipsters must not manipulate odds data, fabricate outcomes, or misrepresent their track record. Violations will result in permanent account termination.

Some features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period you select.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.

Tipsters who offer paid plans receive payouts via Stripe Connect after deduction of platform fees. Payout schedules are governed by Stripe's terms.

You must not: attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data; impersonate another user or entity; upload malware or malicious code; use the platform to spam or phish other users.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

All platform software, design, logos, and original content created by Filt are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

Filt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that statistics displayed are error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Filt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any losses incurred from acting on tips.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
